Why a chapter changes everything
1Kids stick with daily missions when their friends are doing them too2Parents trust a club faster when there's a real grown-up running it3You get printable plans for every meeting

A kid doing the missions alone is great. A kid doing them with a chapter — with friends cheering them on, a grown-up who knows their name, and a weekly rhythm — is unstoppable. Chapters turn fifteen good minutes into a movement.

  • Kids stick with daily missions when their friends are doing them too.
  • Parents trust a club faster when there's a real grown-up running it.
  • You get printable plans for every meeting — no curriculum to write.

Sign up as a leader
1Use your real first and last name2Pick a short, memorable join code, like westside-warriors or grace-kids3Add a one-line description of your group so families know who it's for

Tap Become a Leader and create your account. We'll ask for your name, your group's name — church, school, or neighborhood — and a join code you'd like. That's it. You'll land on your Leader Dashboard.

  • Use your real first and last name — parents need to recognize you.
  • Pick a short, memorable join code, like westside-warriors or grace-kids.
  • Add a one-line description of your group so families know who it's for.

Invite your first families
1Copy your join link from the dashboard and text it to a few families2For wider reach, post your join code in your church bulletin or class group3Use the Outreach panel to invite kids who already joined the club solo

Share your chapter's join link with three to ten families to start. Big enough for friendship, small enough that every kid gets a high-five. Parents will be asked to confirm consent before their kid joins — that's automatic.

  • Copy your join link from the dashboard and text it to a few families.
  • For wider reach, post your join code in your church bulletin or class group.
  • Use the Outreach panel to invite kids who already joined the club solo.

Plan your first meeting
1Print the meeting template2Hand parents the parent letter on the way in3Pick one hero (Hulk, Sage, or Grace) to lead the night

Print the meeting template and the parent letter. Pick a badge focus for the week — most leaders start with Mighty Body. Plan a simple snack from the Rainbow Plate. Forty-five minutes is plenty.

  • Print the meeting template — it has timings already filled in.
  • Hand parents the parent letter on the way in.
  • Pick one hero (Hulk, Sage, or Grace) to lead the night.

  • Preview the video yourself first — you're the gatekeeper.
  • Add a one-line note for your chapter, like why you picked it.

You have a full set of resources — handbook, parent letter, meeting template, and a social kit. Each one was built to save you a weekend. Print what you need, share what helps you grow.

  • Print the handbook once at the start of the season.
  • Print the meeting template weekly.
  • Use the social kit posts to invite more families.

Keep it safe
1Always have two unrelated adults present at in-person meetings2Never message a kid one-on-one outside the chapter3Approve every video and every join request yourself

No public profiles, no direct messages between kids, no comments. Every group action involving a child requires parental consent. Your job is simple — show up, be kind, follow the handbook's two-adult rule.

  • Always have two unrelated adults present at in-person meetings.
  • Never message a kid one-on-one outside the chapter.
  • Approve every video and every join request yourself.

Every leader resource at a glance

What it is, why it helps, and how to use it.

Leader Handbook

Narrated
The advantage

One printable guide that covers your whole season — safeguarding, weekly rhythm, badge ceremonies, and what to do when a kid has a hard week.

How to use it

Open the handbook, print it (or save as PDF), and keep it in the same binder as your meeting notes. New volunteers read the first five pages before their first session.

Parent Letter

Narrated
The advantage

A warm, parent-ready intro letter that explains the club, the three heroes, safety, and giving — so you don't have to write one from scratch.

How to use it

Print one per family on your first night, or email the PDF before sign-ups open. Add your church or group name in the editable header before printing.

Meeting Template

Narrated
The advantage

A 45-minute meeting plan with timings for opening, hero mission, story, snack, and send-off — so every session feels familiar and you never run long.

How to use it

Print one per week. Pencil in this week's badge focus at the top and the snack/host on the bottom. Hand a copy to any co-leader before the meeting.

Social Kit

Narrated
The advantage

Drop-in posts, captions, and shareable graphics — invite more families without spending a weekend designing flyers.

How to use it

Pick one post per week, copy the caption, attach the graphic, and post. Tag @missionmall.org so we can boost it.

Outreach Panel (Leader Dashboard)

Narrated
The advantage

See Rich Kids Club members in your area who aren't in a chapter yet — and invite them in one tap.

How to use it

Open Leader Dashboard, scroll to Outreach, and tap Invite next to any unaffiliated member. Parental consent is collected automatically.

Video Sharing

Narrated
The advantage

Paste a YouTube link and your whole chapter can watch it inside our site — no infinite scroll, no comments, no leaving for YouTube.

How to use it

On the Leader Dashboard, paste the URL, give it a title, optional note, and tap Share Video. Kids see it the next time they open the chapter page.

Join Requests

Narrated
The advantage

Families who heard about your chapter can request to join from their kid's account — you approve, parental consent is required.

How to use it

Open Leader Dashboard, scroll to Join Requests, review the family's note, and tap Approve or Decline.

You're ready to lead.

Sign up as a leader, print your handbook, invite three families, and run your first night. The kids will take it from there.
