Welcome, Leader
Thank you for stepping up to shepherd a Trinity Rich Kids Club chapter. Your role is simple but powerful: gather kids weekly, walk them through the three pillars (Body, Mind, Spirit), and remind them — every single meeting — that Total Health Is Their Wealth.
The Three Pillars
- Body — Harvest Hulk. Movement, nutrition, sleep, strength.
- Mind — Sage Sol. Curiosity, calm, focus, reading, breathwork.
- Spirit — Grace Guardian. Prayer, gratitude, kindness, the Fruit of the Spirit.
Meeting Cadence (First 90 Days)
Weeks 1–4: Foundation
- One 60-minute meeting per week.
- Goal: enroll 5–10 kids and complete onboarding for every parent.
- Introduce one hero per week + Welcome Hero in week 4.
Weeks 5–8: Rhythm
- Introduce the weekly memory verse (pin it in chapter chat).
- Begin awarding badges for completed Hero Quests.
- Hand out the first Trinity Kits.
Weeks 9–12: Momentum
- Host one community service moment (kindness mission, food drive, neighborhood clean-up).
- Share a chapter YouTube devotional weekly.
- Celebrate the first cohort of badge earners publicly.
Safety & Child Protection
- Two-adult rule. Never be alone with a child who is not your own. Always have a second screened adult present.
- Parental consent. Every enrollment requires parent consent — handled automatically through the chapter enrollment flow.
- Photo policy. Do not post a child's face or full name publicly without explicit parent opt-in.
- Background checks. Required for all co-leaders. Check with your host organization for their standard process.
- Allergies & medical. Collect at enrollment. Keep a printed list at every meeting.
Parent Communication
- Send the Parent Welcome Letter within 48 hours of enrollment.
- Send a weekly recap (3–5 sentences) every Sunday evening.
- Respond to parent questions within 24 hours.
- Pin the monthly theme + memory verse in the chapter chat.
The Badge Program
Kids earn badges by completing Hero Quests (small daily/weekly missions in the kid app). As leader, you do not need to grade quests — parents and the app handle that. Your job is to celebrate.
- Announce new badge earners at the start of each meeting.
- Print badge certificates from the Leader Dashboard (coming soon — for now, a public high-five works).
- End every 90 days with a "Hero Hall of Fame" moment.
Trinity Kits
Trinity Kits are physical bags of supplies your chapter assembles and hands out — to your own kids, to community children in need, or to local partners (hospitals, shelters, schools). Order packs of 10, 25, or 50 from the Bulk Kit Orders tab in your dashboard. $25 per kit; we invoice after you place the order.
Getting Help

The Leader's Prayer
Father, make me faithful with what's small so You can trust me with what's eternal. Let every kid in my care leave richer in body, sharper in mind, and braver in spirit than when they walked in. Amen.
