Letter Body

Dear [Parent First Name],

Welcome to the [Chapter Name] chapter of the Trinity Rich Kids Club! We're so glad [Child First Name] is joining us, and we can't wait to walk alongside your family in the season ahead.

Trinity Rich Kids Club exists for one reason: to help kids discover that Total Health Is Their Wealth — in body, mind, and spirit. We do that through three heroes:

  • Harvest Hulk — strength, movement, real food.
  • Sage Sol — focus, calm, curiosity.
  • Grace Guardian — kindness, prayer, the Fruit of the Spirit.

What to expect

  • Weekly meetings on [day] at [time], hosted at [location]. Each meeting is 60 minutes.
  • A weekly recap from me every Sunday evening, with the memory verse and any home-practice ideas.
  • The Trinity Rich Kids app — your child can earn badges by completing short Hero Quests at home. You'll be invited to set it up together this week.
  • Trinity Kits — once a month, the chapter assembles bags of supplies for kids in need. Service is part of how we grow.

What we'd love from you

  • Consistency. The biggest gift you can give your child is showing up every week.
  • Help us know [Child First Name] — allergies, medical needs, anything we should be aware of. Reply to this email any time.
  • Pray for our chapter. We're praying for your family.

One personal note: [1–2 sentences on why you said yes to leading this chapter — be human, be brief].

We're going to have a beautiful year together. See you [first meeting date].

In Christ,

Tip: keep a copy of this letter on file. Some leaders print it and hand it to the parent at the first meeting along with a small welcome gift (a sticker pack works great).
