Pair this with: Weekly Meeting Outline · Chapter Continuity Guide · Printable Resources Library · Leader Dashboard.
What's already loaded on your tablet
- Mission Mall app — pinned to the home screen, signed in to your leader account.
- Leader Dashboard — chapter roster, attendance, quest queue, Trinity Bucks ledger.
- Trinity Heroes Secret Lair — Hulk, Sage, Grace films and storybooks (offline-ready).
- Printable Resources Library — every quest card, prop, and parent letter.
- Adult Trinity Club — your personal Body/Mind/Spirit missions.
- Kid-safe browser — locked to missionmall.org + approved partners, so you can hand it to a kid without worry.
Part 1 · Meeting Night — The Tablet Is the Console
Bring the tablet to every meeting. It replaces a laptop, a printout binder, and a clipboard.
Before kids arrive (15 min)
- Open the Leader Dashboard → Today's Meeting tile. Confirm the week's pillar (Body / Mind / Spirit) and badge focus.
- Cast or HDMI-mirror the tablet to the room's TV (the tablet ships with a USB-C → HDMI dongle option — request it from HQ if your space has a screen).
- Queue the hero intro film for tonight's pillar from the Secret Lair tab so it's ready to play without searching.
During the meeting
- Check-in kiosk: hand the tablet to a co-leader at the door. Tap each kid's name on the roster to mark attendance. Trinity Bucks for showing up are auto-credited.
- Play the hero film from the Secret Lair — works offline, so a flaky church WiFi won't kill the lesson.
- Live quest submissions: if a kid completes a challenge in the room, open Leader Dashboard → Quest Queue, tap their name, snap a photo, approve. Bucks land in their wallet before they walk out the door.
- Memory verse: pull the verse card from Printable Resources Library → Verses and project it; no slide deck needed.
After the meeting (within 2 hours)
- Post the recap photo + win to the chapter feed straight from the tablet camera roll.
- Send the parent text-blast from Leader Dashboard → Parents → Tonight's Recap (one tap, pre-written).
Part 2 · Parent & Family Hub
- Family onboarding kiosk: at sign-up night, hand the tablet to each parent. They create their family account, add their kid(s), and sign the photo-release in under 3 minutes. No paper forms to chase.
- Parent text-blasts: from Leader Dashboard → Parents, send the pre-written Day 1 / Day 4 / Day 6 messages from the Continuity Guide.
- Trinity Tablet for the family who can't afford one: open /trinity-tablet on your tablet, walk the parent through the Sponsor a Tablet flow, or apply for a chapter-sponsored unit on their behalf.
- Photo / video release: capture the signature on-screen with the parent's finger — stored on the kid's profile automatically.
Part 3 · Kid Check-Ins & Quest Validation
- Mid-week quest queue: kids and parents submit quests from home; you approve from your tablet on the couch. Aim for under 24-hour turnaround — Bucks delayed = motivation lost.
- Kindness Drop log: use Leader Dashboard → Kindness Drops to record kindness any kid does in the room. Auto-posts to the Wall of Heroes.
- Quick 1-on-1s: pull a kid aside, open their profile on the tablet, show them their badge progress and what's next. Visible progress is the #1 retention tool.
Part 4 · Printables & Props Without a Printer
You don't need a home printer. The tablet is the printer-replacement.
- Display mode: any printable in the library can be opened full-screen on the tablet and used as the kid-facing card itself (quest cards, verse cards, hero badges).
- Print-on-demand: from the Printables Library, tap Send to Print Shop. HQ prints and ships the requested deck to your chapter address at no cost (allow 5–7 days).
- Library run: hand the tablet to a co-leader to walk to the public library and print directly via the library's wireless printing — every printable has a "Download PDF" button.
Part 5 · Sponsor & Donor Sign-Ups On the Spot
- Kit sponsor sign-ups at church coffee hour: open /sponsor-a-kit on the tablet, hand it to a willing donor, payment in 60 seconds. The chapter is credited automatically.
- Tablet sponsorships: same flow at /trinity-tablet — sponsor a tablet for a kid in your own chapter who needs one.
- Trinity Bucks merchant referrals: if a local business asks how to participate, walk them through /become-a-vendor right there.
Part 6 · Continuity & Recovery
- Co-leader handoff: if you'll miss a meeting, log out and let your co-leader log in with their own account on the same tablet. Roster and queue are the same.
- Outage night: no WiFi at the venue? The Secret Lair films, storybooks, and quest cards are preloaded. Run the entire meeting offline; submissions sync when you're back online.
- Lost or damaged: 1-year replacement warranty. Email support@themissionmall.org with your chapter name and we'll ship a new one.
Part 7 · Boundaries (Use It Right)
- Chapter-owned, leader-stewarded. The tablet is yours to keep while you lead. If you step down, please return or pass it to the next chapter leader.
- Personal use is welcome — Adult Trinity Club missions, mall shopping, the Body/Mind/Spirit feed — but the chapter use cases above always come first on meeting night.
- No third-party app installs. The kid-safe lockdown is what lets you hand it to children. Don't sideload apps or unlock it.
- Never store payment cards or passwords beyond your own leader login. Parents who use the tablet at sign-up night use their own credentials.
Setup Checklist (Day 1 with your new tablet)
- Charge to 100%.
- Sign in to your leader account in the Mission Mall app.

- Bring it to the next meeting. You're ready.
