Program terms

Mission Mall is a mission-first program. The 50% mission share of every affiliate commission, and the funding of Trinity Kits, is never reduced to pay an ambassador. Ambassador commission is paid out of Mission Mall's own operating margin only. If an order leaves no margin, no commission is posted.

Ambassadorship starts with an application and is granted at Mission Mall's discretion. On approval you receive a unique ambassador code and share links. Your code is personal — it may not be sold, transferred, or shared with another promoter. We may suspend or end an ambassadorship at any time for the conduct reasons in section 7.

When someone opens one of your links, your code is stored in their browser for 30 days and permanently attached to their account if they sign up. Outbound clicks to Amazon, eBay, and network brands leave through our click tracker so the network can report the sale back to your code. Last-click wins: if a shopper later arrives through another ambassador's link, the newer code takes over. Self-referral — buying through your own link, or using a second account or household email to do so — earns nothing.

• Mall shopping (20%) — 20% of Mission Mall's operating share of the network commission on purchases your referrals make. Amazon Associates reports a single monthly total with no per-order reference, so Amazon commission is allocated among ambassadors in proportion to the tracked Amazon clicks each one drove that month.
• Trinity Kit + Tablet (10%) — 10% of the net margin on a kit order, after kit and tablet cost of goods and payment processing.
• Hero Shop merch (20%) — 20% of the net margin after print and fulfillment cost.
• Sponsors and vendors you bring in — a finder's fee (currently $250 by default) recorded manually once the sponsor or vendor agreement is signed and funded. These are negotiated deals and never post automatically.
• Team overrides (5%) — you may recruit up to 10 other ambassadors, one level deep. When an ambassador you recruited earns a commission, you earn 5% of their commission amount, paid from Mission Mall's operating share. Their commission is never reduced, overrides do not stack beyond one level, and no override posts if the transaction's remaining margin is already committed. Overrides follow the same hold period as the underlying earning and reverse with it.

Rates are set in your dashboard and may be adjusted for future earnings with notice; already-posted earnings are not re-rated.

Earnings post as pending and clear after a 30-day return and refund window. If the underlying sale is refunded, cancelled, or reversed by the network, the matching earning is reversed. Once cleared earnings reach $50.00 you may request a payout from your dashboard; payouts are issued manually by PayPal, Cash App, or check, and you may instead choose to donate your earnings as sponsored Trinity Kits. You are responsible for supplying accurate payout details.

Ambassadors are independent participants, not employees, contractors, or agents of Mission Mall. If your paid earnings reach $600 in a calendar year, U.S. tax rules require a completed W-9 before further payouts and we will issue a 1099. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

• Always disclose that your links are affiliate links, as the FTC requires.
• Never state or imply a guaranteed income, a medical or health outcome, a tax deduction, or a charitable status Mission Mall has not published.
• No spam, no unsolicited bulk email or DMs, no paid search bidding on Mission Mall brand terms, no coupon or cashback-site listings, and no cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
• No impersonation of Mission Mall, its founders, or its heroes; no adult, hateful, deceptive, or child-unsafe placements.
• Use Mission Mall names, logos, hero art, and provided ad creative only as supplied, and only to promote Mission Mall.

Violations may result in withheld or reversed earnings and removal from the program.

We record your clicks, referred signups, and attributed orders to calculate what you earn. Your dashboard shows aggregate activity — never a referred shopper's personal details. You may not scrape, resell, or otherwise misuse any Mission Mall data you can see.

We may update these terms, adjust rates, or end the program; material changes will be communicated to active ambassadors. Cleared earnings already owed to you are paid out on the normal schedule. You may leave at any time by asking us to close your ambassadorship.
